- If an item is in stock, we ship it within 2 to 3 business days. For out-of-stock items, please inquire separately.
- Is it possible to have items sent to multiple addresses?

- Which company do you use for shipping?
- We use DHL Express.
- Do you provide a wrapping service?
- We do not provide gift wrapping or individual wrapping of products. We pack products safely in cardboard boxes with suitable cushioning material for protection against transport damage.
- Can I return an item?
- We provide replacement of a defective item within one month from the date on which the item was delivered.
