How long does it take for items to be delivered?
If an item is in stock, we ship it within 2 to 3 business days. For out-of-stock items, please inquire separately.
Is it possible to have items sent to multiple addresses?
Please consult with us using the inquiry form. We will check your request and get back to you.
Which company do you use for shipping?
We use DHL Express.
Do you provide a wrapping service?
We do not provide gift wrapping or individual wrapping of products. We pack products safely in cardboard boxes with suitable cushioning material for protection against transport damage.
Can I return an item?
We provide replacement of a defective item within one month from the date on which the item was delivered.
I would like to have a customized product made.
